Learn the basics of asset management at this workshop. From pavement basics to how to select the right treatment or preventative measure. We’ll give you everything you need to know how to get started on maximizing your ROI for future projects.

Intended Audience: Local agency maintenance workers with some welding experience. Self-taught and non-certified welders are welcome.

This 2-day class will cover: • Welding & cutting safety • Duty cycle • Welding defects • Equipment maintenance • Demonstrations • SMAW (stick) • GMAW (MIG) • GTAW (TIG)

Training will take place from 7:00am-4:00pm each day.  Lunch will be provided.

REQUIRED PPE: Participants should wear protective clothing and bring their own safety gear. • Welding helmet • Gloves • Safety glasses • Welding jacket (if possible)
