Intended Audience: Anyone who plans and runs meetings – especially those in supervisory, managerial, administrative, or leadership roles.

In this webinar you’ll learn strategies for facilitating a difficult meeting. Whether you’re dealing with attendees going off on tangents, discussing contingent topics, or heated disagreements that come up in the moment, this webinar will give you the skills to handle whatever your meeting throws at you.
