Event Details

This webinar will discuss fabrication inspection requirements. It will present MDOT's new Structural Fabrication Quality Manual and associated changes to the Fabrication Inspection Manual. It will also cover the shop drawing process in addition to fabrication inspection testing equipment and inspector qualifications. Attendees also learn about the "Buy American" compliance requirements and will have a chance to see photos of various stages of fabrication of structural steel and structural precast concrete elements.
